My first job in the corporate world. I worked on a marketing team of 8.

We had weekly blogs to get out, e-magazines publish, frequent emails, daily social media posts, and so much more.

Things were falling through the cracks, being forgotten, and the whole team was stressed. So I decided to fix it.

I had the least professional experience of anyone on the team, but I had to try...

I interviewed team members, studied their roles, exacted deliverables and started piecing together efficient systems and checklists to keep us on track.

Within days, I created and trained our team in a new process for brainstorming, creating and delivering quality content to consumers.

Within weeks, we had tripled the amount of content we could create, and were working like a well-oiled machine!

Since then, I've created and managed dozens of processes for teams, individual clients and myself. Now, these processes are yours, too!
